Job responsibilities:

1. Formulate corresponding sales plans according to the company's and department's sales goals, develop and maintain target markets and achieve sales targets;
2. Maintain existing channels and help channels coordinate internal and external working relationships;
3. Collect and analyze the information of peer enterprises, including new product launch promotion, price, sales volume, market share analysis and other information, and quickly respond positively according to the changing market conditions and the company's business direction;
4. Manage the sales staff in the area under its jurisdiction, evaluate and guide the work of subordinates, and submit suggestions on personnel appointment, removal, rewards and punishments to the company;
5. Summarize and analyze the sales situation in the market every week, and solve the sales problems in time;
6. Other work assigned by leaders.

4. At least one year of sales experience in new energy battery and automobile industry;
