The company has planned a 30000 T / a artificial graphite cathode material production project, and the construction of the production plant of the 10000 t / a phase I project began on September 20, 2019 in QIANLISHAN Industrial Park, Haibowan District, Wuhai City, Inner Mongolia. The total construction period of the project is 387 days.
Needle coke is the main raw material for the production of artificial graphite cathode materials. Baowu carbon material has a needle coke production capacity of 100000 tons / year, and its holding Wuhai Baohua WanChen Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. is under construction with a needle coke production capacity of 50000 tons / year. The establishment of Baojie new energy has improved its carbon material industry chain. With the advantages of raw materials and the introduction of JFE production technology, Baowu carbon material will become one of the most competitive enterprises in the cathode industry.
Inner Mongolia Shanshan Technology Co., Ltd
Shanshan technology, together with beiteri and Zichen, belongs to the first echelon of the negative electrode material industry and is one of the major domestic manufacturers of artificial graphite negative electrode materials in 2018. At present, six branches have been built in Shanghai, Ningbo and other places. After the completion of the Baotou integrated base, its production capacity will be greater than the sum of the other five branches. According to the plan, the first phase of Baotou integrated production base will achieve a production capacity of 40000 tons by the end of this year, and will reach the production capacity of 100000 tons by the end of next year, so as to further increase market competitiveness.
